What can be better than getting the family together to celebrate a birthday? Add a CRAZY theme! ha ha ha, my great family indulged me as I went crazy on my baby’s 2nd birthday! She is such a character that the themes come so easy (plus she doesn’t talk much so she really can’t argue with me about the idea!) But since she is so silly and we have sooooo many nicknames for her … we decided (I decided) to give her a Whoville Party, since we are always calling her ABBY-LOU-WHO since she looks like she came straight out of a Dr. Suess book! So I spent all night Friday making crazy creations out of pom poms (I NEVER knew how much fun this could be!) We put cups, pom poms, pipe cleaners and a gallon of styling product in the girls hair to make their WHO-DO’s, HILARIoUS!) But my favorite part of the party (well besides being with so many people we love …) was the ROAST BEAST CAKE, no it wasn’t roast flavored mind you, it was the most delicious chocolate cake, made by a VERY talented cake maker at SIMPLY SWEET CAKES and I couldn’t have been happier! It was so darling and tasted just amazing! Happy Birthday my little LOU Who … We love you and can’t believe you are already two … and you KNOW she will be reading this right!
